reflash Milkymist One

1. delete your local reflash_m1.sh
2. download the new one:

    wget https://raw.github.com/milkymist/scripts/master/scripts/reflash_m1.sh

3. after download.

    chmod +x reflash_m1.sh

    , then run

    ./reflash_m1.sh

    check if the version is 2011-12-13.

4. delete the old folder. in case there are something wrong  :

    rm -rf ${HOME}/.qi/milkymist/

5. run

   sudo ./reflash_m1.sh --rc3 XX XX

   just like before.
